WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR THE NUTRITION CHALLENGE?
Monday, November 27th to Monday, January 1st.
DO I HAVE TO COME TO THE SEMINAR TO DO THE CHALLENGE? / CAN I DO THE CHALLENGE WITHOUT COMING TO THE SEMINAR?
You don’t need to attend the seminar to sign up for the challenge, and you can come to the seminar even if you don’t plan to participate in the nutrition challenge.
HOW WILL THE NUTRITION CHALLENGE WORK?
There will be two options for the challenge. The first option is to do things for yourself, focusing on making good choices. You’ll get access to our Facebook group, and moral support from others doing the challenge!
Option two is a bit more involved: you’ll get a one-on-one consult with Chris to make a detailed plan, as well as weekly check-ins to make sure you’re staying on track, and adjustments as needed. This option costs $99.
WHAT KIND OF NUTRITION PLAN WILL WE DO ON THIS PLAN? PALEO, KETO, SOMETHING ELSE?
What kind of nutrition plan you want to follow for the course of the challenge is up to you—paleo, keto, Whole30, tracking macros, etc. Regardless of which you choose, Chris will help you make a plan that works for you!
