It’s a new year, and resolutions might be on your mind. Also potentially on your mind: some feelings about all the eating you did over the holidays. But never fear! JPCF is here to help with our 2018 New Year’s Nutrition Challenge!

WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR THE NUTRITION CHALLENGE?
Monday, January 8th to Sunday, February 11th.
WHAT’S THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP?
Sunday, January 7th, at 11:59pm. (If you sign up later than this, you can still get a month of nutrition coaching, but you won’t be synced up with everyone else doing the challenge.)
HOW WILL THE NUTRITION CHALLENGE WORK?
There will be two options for the challenge. The first option is to do things for yourself, focusing on making good choices. You’ll get access to our Facebook group, and moral support from others doing the challenge!
Option two is a bit more involved: you’ll get a one-on-one consult with Chris to make a detailed plan, as well as weekly check-ins to make sure you’re staying on track, and adjustments as needed. This option costs $79.
In addition to planning with Chris, you’ll also get access to ProCoach—an online nutrition coaching tool that will help keep you on track with short daily tasks and habit-building exercises.
WHAT KIND OF NUTRITION PLAN WILL WE DO ON THIS PLAN? PALEO, KETO, SOMETHING ELSE?
What kind of nutrition plan you want to follow for the course of the challenge is up to you—paleo, keto, Whole30, tracking macros, etc. Regardless of which you choose, Chris will help you make a plan that works for you!
