Your first step to getting started at JP CrossFit is to sign up for one of our free trial classes. The free trial class will introduce you to some of the basic movements used in CrossFit, as well as introduce you to the gym—how we run classes, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
After your free trial class, you’ll need to complete 6 additional Fundamentals classes to get you up to speed on the various movements used in CrossFit. These classes are specially designed to give you lots of attention, with a small class cap and a lesson plan that leaves plenty of time to practice technique and refine movements.
In addition to the six classes, you’ll also receive a complementary Functional Movement Screen as part of your Fundamentals class package (a $65 value). This screen will help identify your mobility restrictions and movement inefficiencies. We’ll address what we find with six weeks of corrective exercises that you can add to your warm-up, cool down, or do at home.
You’ll also get $40 off your first full month of membership, and the option to sign up for an introductory month of nutrition coaching for $79 (regularly $129).
New cycles start every Tuesday, and the program runs for 2 weeks—Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays and 12:30.

Once you’ve completed the fundamentals program, you’re ready to get started on regular WOD classes, as well as our specialty classes, like running, Olympic weightlifting or powerlifting!

There’s no better way to find out about the gym, and CrossFit generally, than to show up and check it out!
