Getting started

If you’re new to CrossFit, your first step to getting started at is to sign up for one of our free trial classes. The free trial class will introduce you to some of the basic movements used in CrossFit, as well as introduce you to the gym—how we run classes, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

(Are you an experienced CrossFitter? Email us to ask how you can get started by dropping in to a regular class rather than free trial.)

After your free trial class, you’ll need to complete 6 additional Fundamentals classes to get you up to speed on the various movements used in CrossFit. These classes are specially designed to give you lots of attention, with a small class cap and a lesson plan that leaves plenty of time to practice technique and refine movements.

New cycles start every Tuesday, and the program runs for 2 weeks—Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays and 12:30.

After completing Fundamentals, you’ll get $40 off your first full month of membership.

Now you’re ready to get started on regular WOD classes, along with our specialty classes, like running, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting!

If you have any questions at all about getting started, there are two ways to get them answered. The best is to sign up for a free trial class and bring your questions with you. There’s no better way to find out about the gym, and CrossFit generally, than to show up and check it out! If you have questions you’d like to have answered before the free trial, though, feel free to shoot us an email.
