Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 2:

AMRAP 20:

50 wall balls

40 sit ups

30 push ups

20 toes to bar

Every 2:00, including 0:00, 6 synchro burpees
One partner working at a time.

Partners must do an even amount of work, although you can break it up into whatever sized sets you like.

Synchro burpee means you chests need to be on the ground together and you need to jump and clap together.
