We’re doing this *only* to focus on connecting at the hips. This is not for heavy weight.

4 rounds, every 4 minutes:

1 high hang squat clean

1 hang squat clean

1 squat clean

Repeat complex three times unbroken, so 9 reps every 4 minutes
Building in weight, up to ~60%
