Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 30:

250m row

1 round of Cindy

10 burpees

1 round of Cindy

12 x 25′ shuttle runs

1 round of Cindy =

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats
Partners alternate between the “cardio” elements and Cindy. So on the first round, Partner A does the row, the burpees and the runs. Partner B does the two rounds of Cindy. On the 2nd round, they switch.
