Goat WOD! (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 15:

2 or 3 movements you aren’t great at
Choose 2 or 3 movements that you’ve been working on throughout the Cup. Your coach will help you figure out how many reps per round is appropriate. This will be great for getting in some last minute Patronus work!

If at all possible, please come to class prepared with some ideas for the movements you’d like to work on.
