12 push-ups

12 walking lunges*

*Rx = chin over bar, 24kg/16kg (also for lunges)

*Rx+ = chest to bar, 32kg/24kg (also for lunges)

Midline work

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 2 minutes in:

—L-sit

—Hollow hold

—Superman

Then, 60 banded side steps (25/per)—10 down, 10 back, etc.
