Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner!

AMRAP 20:

Together: 24 partner medball sit ups

Then:

Partner A: 16 transverse wall balls *

16 Russian twists *

Partner B: 8 toes to bar

8 push ups

*Rx = 20/14

Rx+ = 30/20
Partners start a round together in the middle of the room doing sit ups. Once completed, they separate and complete their own work. When both are finished, they meet again in the middle and do the sit ups again. On the second round, they alternate individual work.
