4 rounds:

:30 elbow plank

:30 left plank

:30 plank

:30 right plank

Metcon (Time)

10 rounds for time:

6 v-ups

6 push ups

6 air squats

rest :30 sec*

Rx+ = rest :20 sec
Scale the movements to 6 reps of something you can sprint through.

Your score is the time at the end of the last set of air squats, not the tenth 30 second rest.
