:20 Isometric pull aparts

:20 tricep stretch

20 pass throughs

Metcon

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

EMOM 20:

Min 1: 30 mountain climbers

30 jumping jacks

Min 2: AMRAP Russian Twists

Min 3: AMRAP Strict Pull ups

Min 4: rest
Equipment: Something to do Russian twists with, and a pull-up bar, band or towel
