Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

General Mobility:

Grab Lacrosse ball/Foam roller/ Water bottle

:30 Calf

:30 Quad

:30 Hip

:30 Thoracic Spine

:30 Lats

General Warm Up:

2 x around the world breathing

10 x up-dog/down dog transitions + calf stretch

6 x inchworms + push up

10 x Low lunge

10 x Squat Shoulder openers

10 x Air squats

Jasmine’s Birthday WOD: Stay Chipper! (Time)

For time:

26 Jump squats

26 Abmat sit ups

26 Step ups

26 Mountain climbers

26 Inchworms

26 Neat lunges

26 Extra lunges

Between each round:

26 air squats
