10 Mountain climbers

6 Jump squats

3 Inch worms

Metcon

The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
If you have a barbell, use it. Since this is a benchmark, don’t click Rx unless you use a barbell.

Note that only complete rounds count towards your score. So it’s not in your best interest to start a new round with 10 seconds left in the round. Take the rest and save up for the next round.
