Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

AMRAP 10:

— 250m row

— 10 v-ups

— 10 PVC good mornings

— 10 toe touches (keep your knees as straight as you can each time!)

— 10 toe pulls

— 10 squat therapy

— 10 Spidermans

— 10 Samson stretches

— 10 PVC pass throughs

Technique

Rowing (Technique work (pick drills, starting))

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

In a team of two, accumulate:

200 cals

200 double unders

200 burpees

You may do this in any order, and switch who is working whenever you’d would like, but only one partner can work at a time!
