AMRAP 10:

— 10 toe pulls

— 10 drinking birds

— 200m run

— 10 squat therapy

— 10 banded pass throughs

— 10 baded pull aparts

— 10 empty bar push press

— 10 empty bar front squat

Metcon

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

EMOM 27:

Min 1: 6 thrusters*

Min 2: 6 push-ups*

Min 3: 30 double unders

*Rx = 95/65

*Rx+ = 115/75, ring push-ups
Score will be total thrusters, total push-ups, and total dubs (dvided by 5)!
