AMRAP 7:

6 dumbbell push jerk*

6 dumbbell overhead lunge*

12 air squats

6 dumbbell push jerk

6 dumbbell overhead lunge

12 air squats

*Rx = 35/20

Rx+ = 50/35
One dumbbell per athlete. First 12 reps are on one side, second 12 reps are on the other.
