Min 1: 10 suitcase kettlebell deadlifts*

10 double Russian kettlebell swings*

Min 2: AMRAP sit ups

Min 3: 15 wall balls (20/14)

Min 4: AMRAP handstand push-ups

*Rx = 2 x 16kg/12kg

Rx+ = 2 x 24kg/16kg
Score is total sit ups and total HSPU.
