Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner!

AMRAP 15:

Cash-in: 30 synchro kettlebell swings*, then

3 bar muscle ups

7 burpee box jump overs*

*Rx = 24kg/ 16kg, 24″/20″

Alternate full rounds. Resting partner needs to hold their kettlebell off the ground.
Score is total combined rounds and reps! You and your partner don’t have to use the same scales but you definitely want to pair yourself with someone that will work at the same pace as you. Aim for a 1:1 work:rest ratio.
