Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 rounds:

With a 4-minute clock:

15 goblet squats

15 kettlebell swings

400m run

AMRAP burpees

— 2 minutes rest —
Scale the squats and swings to something you can get done in a minute or less., and the run to something that’ll take 1:30-2:30. You want at least 30-60 seconds for the burpees.
