AMRAP 21:

Teams of 4:

300m row

15 box jump overs

12 push ups

AMRAP wall balls
1 player at each station. Players rotate when the rower finishes. You can rest after you finish your box jump overs and your push ups. Score for the workout is the total wall balls. Players cannot start their work until the rower is rowing.
