30 double unders

8 bar over burpees

AMRAP 3:

Clean and jerks*

*Rx = 115/80

Rx+ = 155/105
Wodify wants 3 numbers:

– # of c+j from the 1st round

– # of completed rounds of the AMRAP

– # of c+j from the last round

Note that the second number is completed rounds. So if you get 5 rounds + 26 double unders, the score you put in is 5.

I’d put all 3 of those numbers in the notes too, just for funs.
