Weightlifting

Deadlift (30 minutes for a heavy 5×5!)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner!

AMRAP 4:

1 power clean

2 front squats

3 push press
Partners alternate full rounds.

Choose a weight that you can get all 6 reps unbroken somewhat quickly. Partners don’t have to do the same weight (although it’ll help keep the room organized if you did!)
