10 Squat Therapy

3 Minutes Skill Work (Athlete’s Choice)

Coach’s Choice of additional specific warm-up


Discussion of overhead squat to develop technique.

Overhead Squat (Technique development)

Hang Power Snatch (Develop technique, add weight as needed)


Metcon (10 Rounds for weight)

For 10 minutes Each Minute on the Minute (EMOM) complete

1 Snatch and 4 Overhead Squats

score weight for each round
